MEET THE STAFF

DJ Mischeivouz - DJ / MC/Event Coordinator

DJ Mischeivouz has been in the DJ business since 2000 so there is no lack of experience. Learning from other DJs in the past and improving on their faults. Mixing anything from vinyl records to cd’s to now mp3's to music videos. He Is also a phenomenal MC setting the pace for the event. DJ Mischeivouz is also in charge of working with host/hostess to plan and execute the party from start to end.

DJ BO - DJ / Sound Technician

From DJ Bo's Trinidadian background big sound systems was always his dream. Now with W.I.A DJ Bo is the authority on sound system setup. With over 10,000 Watts of power under the control of DJ Bo he easily controls levels, equalization, feedback issues, and all sound related difficulties we come across. DJ Bo is also a rising DJ mixing your favorite tracks seamlessly into each other.

DJ Prem - MC / UpLighting Technician

DJ Prem is no stranger to the microphone, you will often find him "hyping up" the crowd and interacting with your guests. He sometimes has crowds sing along to your favorite party anthems. His passion for music from his early days inspires him to push forward in the entertainment industry. He is also the onsite uplighting technician creating dramatic mood lighting around the room.

DJ Alvin - Lighting / Visuals Technician

DJ Alvin works immensely on setting the mood with intelligent lighting fixtures turning your event into a club like atmosphere. He also works with video screens projecting anything from slide shows to the latest music videos in high definition (HD). Utilizing cutting edge technology to create a visual masterpiece working in conjunction with the DJ to provide the ultimate experience.

DJ Chad - DJ / MC

Newest member of the WIA Family DJ Chad is ready to wow you with his mixing talent and because of his Indian/Guyanese background diversity is no challenge, mixing anything from soca to bhagra or tassa to dhol.

DJs We play the best in Soca, Chuntey, Hindi Film Songs, Reggae, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Latin, Techno, House, Dance, Pop, And Classical. If we dont have it we can get it via Itunes and a wireless connection. we use a computer based sound system to help catalog our extensive library and play them on demand!! Atmospheric Effects Bubble Machines fill the room with thousands of bubbles. Fog Machines enhance the look of our lighting making the beams of light visible and dance with you on the dance floor. Low Laying Fog Machine gives the dance floor the walking on clouds look making the fog appear to stick to the floor a great first dance effect!. Visual Projection System Our 10'x8' video screen and projector system allows us to project your favorite and most memorable images for you and all your guests to enjoy. We can also feed in a LIVE VIDEO CAMERA into the system allowing your guests to see themselves on the big screen. This also works great at weddings during entrances and first dances where everyone (even the guests in the back of the room) will be able to see you on your moment to shine!!! The video screen system also lets us mix music videos in real-time with the music and custom ambient visuals will run with songs without videos giving you that WOW factor yet again!!!!

Computerized Intelligent Lighting System

Our lighting system is computer controlled and LED lamp based, meaning it draws significantly less power than conventional DJ lighting fixtures. This new energy saving technology allows us to power more lighting fixtures from one 15 amp outlet.

What does this mean to you the customer? It means we can bring light shows comparable or better than most local night clubs giving your event the WOW factor without tripping breakers.

Our goal is to bring the nightclub, red carpet type experience to the West Indian community.

Monogram Lighting

Our monogram projection unit, one of the new additions to our lighting arsenal, lets us project a custom message like (your name) in light on a wall, ceiling or dance floor.

L.E.D. Uplighting

Another new addittion to our lighting collection is used to wash the walls of your event in color by placing fixtures all around the room linked together to work as one. It can also be used to uplight tables and linked with our custom frontboard to add warmth to the room. The effect is a splash of color riseing up the wall making the decor look 10 times better!
